Getting started
How do I set up my store locator? Add your locations (manually or via CSV import), choose a map provider (Google Maps or Mapbox), and paste the embed code on your website. The whole process takes about 15 minutes. See our Google Maps setup guide or go with Mapbox for a faster start.
Do I need a credit card to get started? Not for the 7-day free trial. If you choose Mapbox as your map provider, no credit card needed there either. Google Maps requires a billing account on Google Cloud, but you almost certainly won't be charged.
Does StoreRocket work on Shopify? Yes. Install via the Shopify App Store or add the embed code manually.
Does StoreRocket work on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and Wix? Yes, all of them. We have dedicated install guides for WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and Wix.
Can I try StoreRocket before paying? Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card required.
Locations
How many locations can I have? Basic: up to 100. Pro: up to 1,000. Business: unlimited. See the plan comparison.
Can I import locations from a spreadsheet? Yes. You can import via CSV file or sync with Google Sheets. See our import guide.
Can I export my locations? Yes. Go to Export to download a CSV. See the export guide.
Can I add online-only stores without a physical address? Yes. Use the city/country as the address, or provide just coordinates. See our online stores guide.
Why aren't my locations showing on the map? Common causes: geocoding still processing, location set to hidden, missing Address Line 1, or country restriction enabled. See our troubleshooting guide.
Widget and maps
Does the widget work on mobile? Yes. The widget is fully responsive and automatically adapts to mobile screens.
Can I customize the look of the widget? Yes. Change colors, fonts, text, themes, and more. You can also add custom CSS. See our text customization guide.
Can I use my own map marker icon? Yes. Upload a custom marker image (500x500 PNG recommended). See the custom markers guide.
Do you support marker clusters? Yes, on Google Maps. Go to Map Settings and enable marker clusters. Note: marker clustering is not available on Mapbox.
Can I show different locations on different pages? Yes. Use pre-filtered embed codes with the data-storerocket-filter attribute. See our filters guide.
Can I change the widget language? Yes. You can translate every piece of text on the widget. See our language and text guide.
How do I show all locations by default? Go to Map Settings and set the initial behavior to "Show all locations." See the initial behavior guide.
Billing
How much does StoreRocket cost? Basic: $25/month. Pro: $39/month. Business: $69/month. Annual billing available at a discount. See the plan comparison.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Billing and click Manage Subscription. See the billing guide.
Do you offer annual billing? Yes, at a discount. Switch to annual from your Billing page.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits? Contact us on live chat to discuss nonprofit pricing.
How do I get invoices? Invoices are sent automatically. You can also access them from the Stripe billing portal via your Billing page.
Account
How do I delete my account? Cancel your subscription first, then contact us on live chat to request deletion. See the account management guide.
How do I change my email address? Go to your Profile page and update it there.
I forgot my password. Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. You'll get a reset email.
I can't log in. Most likely you registered with a different email. Try all your email addresses, or contact us on live chat with your company name and we'll look it up.
Can I add team members? Yes. Go to Team Members and invite their email. See the account guide.

Do you have a REST API? Yes, on the Business plan. Generate tokens from the API Tokens page. See the API guide.
Does StoreRocket integrate with Google Analytics? Yes. StoreRocket fires events that GA4 can pick up. See our analytics guide.
