When a visitor searches your store locator and no locations are found nearby, StoreRocket can show a form asking for their email address. This lets you know that someone in that area is looking for your stores, so you can follow up or plan expansion.
How it works
Visitor searches for an address
No stores found within the search radius
A form appears: "Leave your email and we'll notify you when a store opens near you"
Visitor submits their email
You get a new lead in your dashboard
Viewing your leads
Go to Leads to see all collected leads. Each lead shows:
Email address
The location they searched for
Date submitted
Exporting leads
Click Export to download all leads as a CSV file. Great for importing into your CRM or email marketing tool.
Customizing the form
Go to Leads > Settings to customize:
The message shown to visitors
What fields to collect
Enable or disable the form entirely
Disabling leads
If you don't want the form to appear, toggle it off in Leads > Settings.
This feature is available on the Business plan.
