Understanding Your StoreRocket Account

When you sign up with StoreRocket, here's what happens:

  • You Get an Account: This is your main space where everything you create lives.

  • You Start a Project: A project is like a home for your store locator. It's where you set it up, customize it, and make it look great for your visitors.

  • You Pick a Plan: After trying it out for free, you choose a subscription plan to keep your store locator online. Each project needs its own plan so you can manage them separately.

Can I have separate bills for different projects?

Yes! Each project can have its own bill. This is perfect if you're handling more than one client or brand. You can keep things organized and ensure that each project is just right for each client’s needs.

Can I create multiple maps under one project?

Absolutely. StoreRocket offers the flexibility to create multiple subsets of locations within a single project. This feature is particularly useful if you're managing different product lines or services that require separate maps. Here's how you can achieve this:

  • Use Search Filters: Apply tags or other search filters to your locations. This method allows you to segment your locations based on criteria you define (e.g., product type, geographic area).

  • Create Subfiltered Embed Codes: Generate embed codes for your store locator with pre-applied filters. You can embed these customized locators on different pages of your website, providing a tailored experience for your visitors.

Conclusion

We designed StoreRocket to make your life easier, not harder. Whether you're juggling multiple clients or need various maps for your site, we've got you covered. And if anything seems confusing, our support team is always here to lend a hand.
