Import search filters via CSV or Google Sheets

Assign filters to locations in bulk through your CSV or Google Sheets import.

Updated yesterday

You can assign search filters to locations during import by adding a Filters column to your file.

Column format

Add a column called Filters. For each location, list the filter names separated by commas:

WiFi, Parking, Pet Friendly

Example CSV

name, address, Filters
Store 1, 123 Main St, "WiFi, Parking"
Store 2, 456 Oak Ave, "Pet Friendly, Open 24h"
Store 3, 789 Pine Dr, "WiFi, Pet Friendly, Open 24h"

Auto-creation

If a filter name doesn't exist in your project yet, StoreRocket creates it automatically during import. So you don't need to create filters manually first.

Important notes

  • Use commas to separate multiple filters (not semicolons)

  • Filter names are matched exactly, so "WiFi" and "wifi" are treated as the same

  • Wrap the cell value in quotes if it contains commas (most spreadsheet tools do this automatically when exporting to CSV)

  • Works the same for both CSV import and Google Sheets sync
