Use a cover image for a location photo or logo in the locator.
Add a cover image in the dashboard
Open Locations and edit the location.
Open Logo / Cover Image.
Choose or upload an image in the gallery, or paste a publicly accessible image URL in Image URL under OR set it from a URL.
Save the location and check the locator.
A Media Library image URL can be used in Image URL. Uploading an image to the library alone does not assign it to a location.
Add images through CSV or Google Sheets
Use the Image column, which is the heading in a StoreRocket export. Cover Image is not the standard column heading.

For existing locations, start from your StoreRocket export, keep the real StoreRocket ID and the other columns, then edit Image. The placeholder above is only illustrative and must be replaced with the ID from your export.
The image URL must open without signing in. You can also use the filename of an image already uploaded to this project's Media Library, such as cover-image.jpg.
With Google Sheets, change the Image cell in the connected StoreRocket sheet and run Sync FROM Sheets. Preserve the row's StoreRocket ID.
Reuse an uploaded image
Upload it once to the Media Library, then choose it in a location's image gallery or use its URL in Image URL. In an import, use its filename or public URL in Image.
Export the media library
The image export queues a ZIP of the project's uploaded images and emails a private download link when it is ready.
An image does not appear
Check that the image was assigned to the location, then check that its URL opens and that an import used Image as the heading. If an upload or Save button does not respond, message us with the exact screen and file. File size is one possible cause, not proof of why a save failed.
