You can export your locations as a CSV file anytime. Export everything, export only what your search and filters found, or export only the locations you tick. This is useful for backups, sharing with team members, or migrating to another tool.

The export includes all fields: name, address, phone, email, website, hours, filters, custom fields, coordinates, and visibility status.

The Export button always tells you what it will download.

To go back to exporting everything, clear the search. The button reads Export again.

The tickbox in the table header selects the locations on the current page. When more locations match than fit on one page, a Select all 142 link appears next to the selection count. Click it and the export covers every matching location, not only the page you are looking at.

Exports of more than 10,000 locations are prepared in the background. Instead of downloading straight away, we email a download link to the person who requested it. Everything else about the file is identical.

Before doing any major import or bulk changes, always export first. If something goes wrong, you can re-import the export file to restore your data.

This is especially important before using the "Delete all previous locations" option during CSV import.

The file keeps a StoreRocket ID column, which is what lets you re-import it and update your existing locations instead of creating duplicates.
