How to Export Your Locations

Download all your locations as a CSV file for backup, migration, or use in other tools.

Updated yesterday

You can export all your locations as a CSV file anytime. This is useful for backups, sharing with team members, or migrating to another tool.

How to export

  1. Go to Export

  2. Click Export Locations

  3. A CSV file will download with all your location data

The export includes all fields: name, address, phone, email, website, hours, filters, custom fields, coordinates, and visibility status.

Using exports as a backup

Before doing any major import or bulk changes, always export first. If something goes wrong, you can re-import the export file to restore your data.

This is especially important before using the "Delete all previous locations" option during CSV import.

Exporting via Google Sheets

If you have Google Sheets connected, you can also sync your locations TO a spreadsheet:

  1. Click Sync to Google Sheets

  2. Your locations will populate in the linked spreadsheet

This keeps a live copy of your data in Google Sheets that you can reference or share.
