You can use any image as a custom map marker, including your logo, a custom icon, or any design you want.
Recommended specs
Format: PNG with a transparent background works best
Size: 500 x 500 pixels (StoreRocket will scale it down for the map)
File size: Under 1MB
SVG files are also supported if you prefer vector graphics
Square images work best since markers are displayed at a small size on the map. Avoid very detailed images because they won't be readable at marker size.
How to upload a custom marker
Go to Markers in your dashboard
Click Create Marker
Upload your image
Save
You can set one marker as the default for all locations, or assign different markers to different locations.
Tips
Use a simple, bold design that's recognizable at small sizes
Add a slight drop shadow or border to help it stand out on the map
Test how it looks zoomed in and zoomed out
If using a logo, a simplified version (icon only, no text) usually works better
