By default, the search bar looks for addresses (powered by Google Maps or Mapbox autocomplete). You can also let visitors search by store name directly.
Enabling it
Go to Widget > Settings and find the Search Type Suggestions option. Choose one of:
Addresses only (default): visitors search by address or zip code
Locations only: visitors search by store name
Locations and Addresses: visitors see both store names and address suggestions
This feature is available on the Business plan.
How it works
When enabled, visitors start typing a store name and see matching location suggestions in the dropdown. Selecting one zooms the map to that location.
If you choose "Locations and Addresses," both types of suggestions appear together, with location names first.
