Why some parts of the address are not showing

Fix missing address components like city, state, or zip code in your store locator listings.

Updated yesterday

If your locations show an incomplete address (missing city, state, or zip), it's usually a display setting or a data issue.

Check the "Split address" setting

Go to Widget > Settings and look for Split address into multi lines.

  • Enabled: The store locator uses the individual address components (street, city, state, zip) stored separately in your data. If any component is missing, that part won't show.

  • Disabled: The store locator uses the full address as one line. This is more forgiving because it uses whatever was entered as the complete address.

Try toggling this setting to see which display works better for your data.

Check your location data

Edit a location in your dashboard and check if all address fields are filled in: street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, and country.

If you imported via CSV, make sure your file had separate columns for each address component. If you only had a single "address" column, the individual fields might be empty.

Fixing it for many locations

If a lot of locations have missing components:

  1. Fill in the missing city, state, zip, or country columns

  2. Re-import the updated file

Or if you're using Google Sheets sync, update the cells directly in your spreadsheet and run a sync.
