When you update something in your StoreRocket dashboard, changes typically show up on your widget within 1-2 minutes. If you're not seeing your changes after that, caching is almost certainly the culprit.

Your browser saves copies of web pages and assets to load them faster. This means visitors (and you) might see a slightly outdated version of the widget until the cache refreshes.

Quick fix: Do a hard refresh on the page where your widget is embedded.

This forces the browser to pull fresh data instead of using the cached version.

If your website uses a caching service like Cloudflare, WP Rocket, WP Super Cache, or any similar tool, the old version of the page (including the widget HTML) might be cached at the CDN level.

Quick fix: Log into your caching provider and purge the cache for the page where the widget is embedded. Or do a full cache purge if you're not sure which page to target.

First, confirm the change actually saved in your dashboard. Go to Locations and check the record. If it looks correct there, clear your browser cache and any CDN cache.

Browser cache. The filter is gone from the dashboard, but the visitor's browser is still serving the old version. It'll disappear on the next visit after the cache expires, or after a hard refresh.

The Widget Preview always pulls the latest data with no caching. Your live site has caching layers between StoreRocket and the visitor. Clear those layers and they'll match.

Different devices have different caches. Hard refresh on the device that's showing stale data.
